Welcome to Moo Farm Fitness. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Moo Farm Fitness iOS application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), developed and operated by Zane Benton ("we," "our," or "us").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Moo Farm Fitness is an AI-powered fitness application that provides:

Personalized workout generation and scheduling
AI fitness coaching via the Moo AI Coach
Exercise form analysis using photos, videos, and live camera
An exercise library with video demonstrations
Run, walk, and cycle activity tracking
Health and wellness tracking
A gamification system with XP, levels, badges, and leaderboards
A merchandise store

2. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Moo Farm Fitness is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The Service is designed for general fitness and wellness purposes only. All workout recommendations, form analysis feedback, and coaching provided by the Moo AI Coach are for informational purposes and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice.

Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or disability.
Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptoms.
AI-generated form analysis is approximate and may not detect all form errors. It is not a replacement for a certified personal trainer or physical therapist.
You exercise at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries resulting from workouts or exercises performed through the Service.

3. Account Responsibilities

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
Be at least 13 years of age to use the Service
Not create multiple accounts or share your account with others

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Submit false, misleading, or harmful content
Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal images or content to the AI Coach or form analysis features
Attempt to manipulate leaderboards, XP, or gamification systems through fraud or automation
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Premium Subscription

Moo Farm Fitness offers a premium subscription ("Premium") through Apple's in-app purchase system.

Pricing: $9.99 per month (or as displayed in the App at the time of purchase)
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

Premium features include AI-powered form analysis, custom workout generation, access to the premium exercise library, advanced AI coach capabilities, exclusive merch discounts, and priority support.

6. Merchandise Store

The App includes a merchandise store powered by Stripe for payment processing.

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change
Payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is not stored by us

7. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Moo Farm Fitness application, including its design, code, branding, cow mascot logo, text, graphics, and user interface, is the intellectual property of Zane Benton and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Exercise Video Content

The animated exercise demonstration videos displayed in the App are provided under a licensed agreement from Gym-Animations. These videos are used with full legal authorization. You may not download, copy, redistribute, or use these videos outside of the Moo Farm Fitness application.

AI-Generated Content

Workouts, coaching responses, and other content generated by the Moo AI Coach are produced by third-party AI models. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should use your own judgment when following AI recommendations.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (photos, videos, chat messages). By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., analyzing exercise form, generating coaching responses).

8. User Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Apple Health Integration

The App may integrate with Apple HealthKit with your explicit authorization. In accordance with Apple's guidelines:

Health data accessed through HealthKit is not used for advertising or marketing
Health data is not sold to third parties
Health data is not shared with third parties for purposes unrelated to health and fitness
You can revoke HealthKit access at any time through your device settings

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to injuries from exercise, reliance on AI recommendations, or data loss
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zane Benton from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third party's rights.

12. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed from our servers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Anthropic (AI), Cloudflare (infrastructure), Stripe (payments), Apple (StoreKit, HealthKit, Sign In, WeatherKit), and Resend (email). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zane Benton regarding the use of Moo Farm Fitness.
